The Flight Instructor Refresher Course (FIRC) is our speciality. We are an FAA approved provider of nationally scheduled, industry conducted, flight instructor refresher courses. Call us if you have questions on your CFI renewal or if you would like us to bring a custom flight instructor course to a location near you. Don't waste your time spending it alone with your computer on an internet based CFI renewal course. Come to the classroom and learn from your peers what is happening in the real world of aviation flight instruction.
If you are a new Student Pilot, a licensed Private Pilot working on your Instrument Rating, are a more experienced pilot working on your Commercial Pilot Certificate, or even if you want to become a Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI) or Advanced Ground Instructor (AGI), our ground schools will offer you the knowledge and skills you need to accomplish your aviation goals. We believe in teaching students to an overall level of understanding about aviation, real world applications, and the responsibilities of having a pilot's license. Safety and sound aeronautical decision making is our goal. We will not teach you to just memorize the multiple choice questions on the FAA Knowledge Exam to pass the test. You must do that on your own.

What we will teach you is how to think like an Aviator. What it takes to develop good Aeronautical Decision Making (ADM) skills and how to develop your judgment abilities to make good, safe, decisions every time you fly. All of our professional flight instructors bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the classroom. We have instructors who have been trained at the university level on aviation weather, Crew Resource Management (CRM), safety, and commercial pilots who practice what they teach every day. We have former military aviators, teachers and college professors who understand how people learn, and the importance of the Fundamentals of Instruction (FOI), and they can teach it to you so that you may pass the torch to a new pilot someday when you become a CFI.
Whether you flight train with us, or elsewhere, our ground schools will provide you the foundation of knowledge you need to help make you a confident, safe, and skilled pilot. At the present time we are only conducting ground schools and are not flight training. We would be happy to refer you to a local flight school near you that has rental aircraft and instructors if needed.
Attention Independent Flight Instructors: We pay generous referral fees if you refer your students to us for their ground instruction. We can also bring a course to you if you have a larger group of students.
